The National Weather Service will present a comprehensive update of
the national, regional and local winter forecast, on:
                    WINTER 2002-2003 WEATHER UPDATE
                         OCTOBER 23RD, 10:30AM
                       COUNTY COMMISSION CHAMBERS
                        1009 EAST NINTH STREET
                              RENO, NEVADA
Presentation topics will be sent out in advance of the 23rd.Of prime
importance is the discussion about El Nino and mis-information about
our current situation.Please mark your calendar and bring your
questions to this presentation.
