[NevadaARES] EMCOMM-2002 Seminar

This years EMCOMM seminar has grown into a two-day event.
It will be held on April 20th and 21st at Bishop Quinn High School
in Palo Cedro, CA.  Admission is $10 which covers all sessions
along with door prizes drawn at the end of the event.

I would like to encourage all of those interested in Emergency
Communications to attend this seminar held once a year.  This
is their third time and it is becoming very popular.  For a schedule
