[NevadaARES] NWS Callsign Change

Greetings to all.  Just a notice that the new license for the amateur 
station at NWS Reno arrived today, and as such the callsign on the packet 
equipment there will be changed this evening.  The new callsign is 
WX7RNO.  For those sending reports to or digipeating through the NWS 
station, you will need to connect to or via WX7RNO.  To use the KaNode 
function for connecting to other stations (including the YRGTN node), 
connect to WX7RNO-7.  The packet station was connected to the newly 
installed yagi pointed at YRGTN about three weeks ago and since that time 
the connection path to YRGTN has been very good.
