[NevadaARES] Are any Nevada ARES groups incorporated?

The South Nye County ARES group in Pahrump, NV plans to incorporate so
that it can own property (Search and Rescue has donated a travel trailer
for our mobile EOC) and so that it can provide its members liability
protection.

If your ARES group is incorporated, we would like to consult with you
about the text of your Articles of Incorporation and your Bylaws, and
any advice you may have about incorporating in Nevada.
