[NEham] NWS Spotter training

Spring is upon us and before the "April Showers" begin in earnest, the 
National Weather Service is conducting their annual Skywarn spotter 
training classes.  Weather you are maintaining an ARES Skywarn 
endorsement, or just plain curious about what Mother Nature has up her 
sleeve, the classes are educational, entertaining and free.  Check out 
the class schedules, there's probably one near you.
