[NCham] Help in locating KI4KET

I need help in locating a ham in Weaverville, NC.  His
callsign is KI4KET and his name is James M Deaver.  It
is very important that I contact him regarding an ebay
transaction.  Do any of you NC hams know him, or know
how I can get ahold of him.  The cell phone number I
have for him doesn't seem to be working.
