[NCham] New software, New List address....Important

Thank you for administering the ncham e-mail list. It is a valuable service.
I'm glad to hear that it is being upgraded.

One thing that I hope will change is having our passwords automatically
mailed to us once a month. The e-mail containing our passwords is not
encrypted, and can potentially be viewed by those in a position to intercept
the messages. A much better system is to have a way that we can request that
our password be sent to our e-mailed to us on those occasions when we forget
what they are.

73,
Charles
