I want to put up a 50' Rohn tower in my lot near Clayton. I do not live in the city limits. I've looked in the Johnston County page for info , but I cannot determine whether it's required to have a building permit/inspections, etc to put up a guyed free standing tower. Does anyone know? Thanks! John
