[NCARC] Hamfest

All,

  I've said it before, and I'll say it again knowing Joe doesn't like the
idea because he makes it sound like the club will go broke without the
income of Volunteers, which is a lame excuse. I've proposed over and over
again to have volunteers have free entry fees, yet I've been turned down
every time. I would never treat Volunteers in this manner. As a matter
of fact, I have treated my volunteers so well with shirts and jackets that
I've had great success with returning volunteers. Why does NCARC feel the
need to charge Volunteers? Why not get T Shirts printed with NCARC Hamfest
2024? Treat your Volunteers with respect, and you will get more Volunteers.
My .02, and hopefully this won't fall on deaf ears.
