[NCARC] APRS emergency messages N0BCB-10 and -11

Hi All,
Please ignore any APRS emergency messages this morning with my call N0BCB-10 and N0BCB-11.  We are testing these AVRT5 trackers on some runner sweeps at the Horsetooth Half Marathon.  I didn't ever realize they would send this message!  Apparently holding the power button (the only button) for > 10 seconds engages this feature.  I've used these many times and never noticed this.  The runners have been notified and will power them off, and power back up w/o the emergency message.
