[NCARC] Radio Merit Badge Shack Visit

Hello NCARC Hams,

I am working on the radio merit badge with Troops 382 and 482 in Fort Collins. One of the requirements is: 

"Visit a radio installation (an amateur radio station, broadcast station, or public communications center, for example) approved in advance by your counselor. Discuss what types of equipment you saw in use, how it was used, what types of licenses are required to operate and maintain the equipment, and the purpose of the station."

We are looking for a nice ham shack we can visit in or close to Fort Collins (We meet at Harmony and Shields on Wednesdays at 7pm). We are targeting Wednesday July 28th around 7:30 pm. These are two small troops. I would  5-10 scouts and 2-4 leaders. The numbers vary widely in the summer.

We are looking for a short demo and explanation of the equipment.
