[NCARC] Tech Class NCARC

NCARC is putting on an Amateur Radio Technical level class on Oct 29 and Nov 5; this class will run both days with testing on Nov 5 for all who would like. There is no fee for this class and we even supply lunch for everyone who attends, instructors must bring a sack lunch lol!
