[NCARC] Antenna restrictions in Ft. Collins

Does anyone know, apart from HOA restrictions, if there are any restrictions
on antenna height in Fort Collins? I have a 30' pole that I want to attach
to the house from ground level for constructing an Inverted 'L' antenna, so
total height would be 30'.
