Most VHF packet activity in Northern Colorado is related to APRS or ARES
activity.
Some of us have packet mailboxes parked on the APRS frequency (144.390 MHz)
also.
There are ARES nodes operating on most of the usual packet frequencies
(145.010, 030, 050, 070, 090 as well as 144.990).
Not much keyboard to keyboard like there was back in the 1980s.
Set your rig on one of the standard frequencies like .010 or .070 and turn
on the monitor on the TNC to catch the calls being used.

Subject: [NCARC] 2 meter packet
I was wondering if there is packet radio activity in Northern Colordo. I am
located in Fort Collins.
Thank you for any information.
