[NCARC] Tech Net starts tonight at 7PM 447.275

Let's start the Tech Net tonight at 7PM on 447.275 PL-100.0 encode to 
get in.
This is the NCARC Horsetooth repeater.

We will start check-ins at 7pm and will ask if anyone wants to join 
every so often. I would envision that if you have a question, we would 
take your question and answer it or refer it for future research and 
discussion. There will be many more just listening to what is asked if 
they do not have a question or topic of their own.
Dave, W0LEV has volunteered to be one of the resident technical experts. 
I have a few more that I will add as time goes b y.

you can use for continued learned and reference.
