[NCARC] Radio technician job

I've received an inquiry from a company that I know very well. They're 
looking for one or two people with basic technical abilities within an 
hour of DIA who would be interested in getting some training to support 
airline radio communications. The company wants to enter into service 
agreements to improve response to almost 24/7. They don't necessarily 
need a brilliant RF technician but rather someone who has basic 
technical acumen and is logical, good with customers, and willing to learn.
