[NCARC] Horsetooth repeaters from Brown's Lake

We were backpacking this weekend at Brown's Lake off Crown Point Rd. I didn't expect to make any repeaters from that basin, but was surprised when I was able to pull up both the 145.115 and 447.275 using my new Elk log periodic.

This whole package breaks down and sets up easily, and isn't too much extra to carry. Radio was a 5W HT.
