Hi All,

1. I confirmed with REA this morning that we've reserved their classroom 
for the entire day on Saturday, Oct. 19. We had originally suggested a 
start time of 10 AM, but given the large amount of material, plus time 
for frequent breaks, we'd like to start at 9 AM instead. The class 
schedule is being developed by the instructors now and will be sent to 
you soon.

2. Our VE (Volunteer Examination) team will administer the exams at the 
same location on the following Saturday, Oct. 26. We've reserved the 
classroom from 9 AM to 1 PM.

For those who are wondering, we decided not to do the exams directly 
after the classroom sessions for several reasons. One is we would be 
into the dinner hour, and another is we would miss the post office 
cutoff time of 1 PM. (We want to get the exam results into the mail the 
same day, even though the FCC is currently not processing licensing at 
this time due to the government shutdown.)
