Hi everyone,
(yesterday at the ham club meeting)
After talking to Doug Sharp about GHz linking of repeaters in order
to share internet protocol data to enable a multitude of activities I
stumbled across this interesting article in Wikipedia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-speed_multimedia_radio
I'm not very knowledgeable about this aspect of Amateur radio so I will
be getting myself some edumacation. Hopeefully we can see the end of the
7K Mr. Roboto messages and have a much more sophisticated 7330 library of
words and announcements. But in order to do this we need to internet link
to the repeater site so these and other things can happen from the ground.
DO NOT FORGET FIELD DAY COMING UP THIS NEXT WEEKEND. *WILLIE CHILE* WILL
BE FEATURED.

If *PRO* is the opposite of *CON* then *PROGRESS* must be the opposite of *
CONGRESS*.
*ARRRRRRGHHHHH*!
This message be sent by me* I-Patch.
This e-mail is rife with virus, Trojans, worms and icky stuff.
If you are reading this, then it is too late!
I just can't **believe** people don't get it........
