[NCARC] Ex Post Facto

Folks I think the NCARC has wrongly terminated Justin King N0AOL as a board member AND, the closed door meeting Thursday night was held WITHOUT ALL Board Members present. Tom and Chris were still Board Members when the meeting was called to order, yet all three of the above mentioned were not present. The United States Constitution strictly forbids the use of Ex Post Facto!! According to EX Post Facto Justin is STILL a Board Member. When the Board is not adhering to The United States Constitution, something is definitely wrong.Take the time to research this and you will see what I'm talking about.
