[NCARC] Interference update

Good Afternoon everyone,

 

I got a call from DaVinci Signs that both locations in question on 287 have
now been properly grounded per the manufacturers specifications and they are
hoping that the issue has been resolved.  If anyone goes by either location
before I get the chance please email me and let me know if the interference
is gone or not.

 

I suspect by the end of the week I will have a chance to get up there, but
any observation before then is certainly appreciated!
