[NCARC] HAMFEST 2012 HELP STILL NEEDED

The Hamfest is coming up very soon and we still need volunteers.  If you can
help please let me know right away.

 

If you only have an hour to spare - we can still use you.  The shifts run in
1 hour blocks starting on the hour so let me know if you can work one or
more of them.  This is the main Club fundraiser so very important to our
budget!

 

We need help at the front door taking tickets and folks to man the Club
table as well.  Also some folks to take our new Hamfest attendees around on
tours

 

We still need help with the Kids on the Radio setup.  Our main possible
source is not panning out.  What we need is:  equipment and kids to help
show our Kid visitors all about the fun of radio.  We do have an offer to
use some radio equipment (Thanks Brett - KD0CJS) but we need antenna help as
well - or someone who has an already mobile-to-go setup.

 

We have most of the vendor tables reserved and expect to sell out in the
next few days.  Good news for sure!
