[NCARC] ham classes

We've recently heard from a fellow interested in becoming a ham. I'm not aware of any classes being held in the area, and I wonder if it's time for NCARC to give it a go again.

I'll be happy to handle a number of sessions, but it would be good to have several instructors, particularly when it comes to regulations and safety.

Let's talk. Thoughts?
