[NCARC] 447.700 On the air!

Hi all-
After a day up at the Buckhorn site, the 447.700 is now on the air!  PL 
is 100.0/100.0 and we are looking for signal reports.  Thanks to Chris 
(KDØEGE) who did all the tower work and the rest of the crew, Dave 
(WØLEV), Marty (KCØQOK), Randy (K7AVV) and myself who did all the 
watching and installed the shack equipment.  Eric (NØEAS) and myself are 
planning on finishing up the controllers and they will be linkable to 
the other Buckhorn machines once that is done.  Currently the repeater 
is stand alone and operating on the internal Kenwood controller.
