ok, aaron cathcart (n0war) here.
yesterday i got a phone call from "Charlie W."

he is organizing the "Fort Collins Cycling Festival" on August 21st, 2011.
his telephone # is 481-8455

he said our club has volunteered for this event in the past but he forgot who he talked to and he remembered my callsign.
(not sure how he got my phone # though)

FREE BEER!   and a booth at the event for our club AND he said they would pony up 500 bucks to donate to our club.

i told him i (or someone else at the club) would call him back today.
he is a super nice guy, i just wanted to put him in touch with whomever he had delt with in the past.
