[NCARC] Club repeater coverage plots.

Hello all,

    Just an update on the repeater maps.  I generated new versions of the
Horsetooth repeaters.  All maps can be found at:

http://www.kd0cjs.net:5080/files/

    I don't have a good printer at home to print and compare them side by
side so more tweaking of the parameters may be required.  I'm also still
working on Toms 927.950, an updated copy will appear later today. Let me
know.
