[NCARC] 2011 HAMFEST UPDATE (01/06/2011)

We are 9 days from the show!  Everything is pretty much in place as far as
planning but the vendors are slow to call in for tables.

 

We have 39 tables reserved as of this morning.  We need at least 80 so we
are only half way there.

 

Be sure to put out the word when on nets, etc. that we are "filling up
fast"!

 

If you are thinking about getting a table, please contact me as soon as
possible.  I would like to try and group our club member tables together so
the sooner I know who wants what, the easier that will be.

 

We still need 15-20 hours of volunteer time covered the day of the
hamfest.please call or email me if you can help with this.

 

Buy some stock for Tums.I am buying them by the case these days!
