[NCARC] storage bins with electronic parts available

I have about 25 storage bins with old and new electronic parts like
resistors, caps, ICs, etc. I also have a comet 2m/70cm duplexer, and
some thin wire. All available for free if you pick it up, and don't
complain about the dust.

I am located in SW Fort Collins.
