[NCARC] [CO_ARES_D-10] Skywarn Appreciation Day December 3rd

Folks,
Forecast is snow for Friday and Saturday, I don't know how much yet but
you need to be aware of it.
Those that are coming in Saturday morning, there will be two folks from
Denver that we need to share with but that should be fine.
