[NCARC] Power flow

Hi Group,

The Tech.  Net will be held Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM local.  I will 
host the net on the NCARC repeater 145.115.  Judging from a few 
conversations I have heard on the air it is time to re-address the issue 
of power flow.

The Tech.  Net is an open forum gathering to discuss the technology both 
in amateur radio and the technology with in our homes.  The more 
attendees the more diverse the conversation.
