[NCARC] Skywarn Net Controls Needed

We are at that point again where we need Skywarn Net Controls for this 
Severe Weather Season.    We need two NCs per day (one as a backup) 
Monday through Sunday.  If our season is active as April has been 
everyday could be busy.

If you can do a particular day please let me know, send me your name, 
call sign, phone numbers, and spotter number. We want to spread the load 
out and the more folks that can be NCs the better for the entire Skywarn 
team.

Net Controls are the key to our success, not just the spotters on the 
ground or in the mobiles.  Net Controls manage the flow of communication 
and ensure we communicate what is needed for the National Weather 
Service and other agencies.  Yes, spotters seem to be glamorous ones if 
you watch TV but without Net Controls where and how would that 
information be communicated?

This job is critical so if you can make the commitment 1 day a week and 
assist the team, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
