[NCARC] Need Elmer for a recent retiree interested in becoming a ham

Hi folks-

 

Is there someone out there who would be willing to help out a recently
retired Larimer County sheriff ham?  His name is Jerry Rice.  He has a 2M
receiver and wants to set it up with a new antenna and needs help putting in
repeater frequencies, etc.  I just don't have the time.  I've spoken with
him on the phone-really nice guy.
