[NCARC] Recycling Electronics properly

Last week I was naughty and went to LaMar's, the only real doughnut shop in FC.  

A man had a large truck with a sign for Recycling Electronics.  I spoke to him 
and asked what it meant.  
It seems he has handicapped workers dismantling electronics and recycling 
properly.  I felt that his business could aid us and everyone else.

It is quite near the Battery store.
