[NCARC] 145.115 Machine Down

Hi Folks,
     The 145.115 Machine went down this morning, ARES an Skywarn refer 
to comm plan or the 447.275 is operational.  This is the only machine 
not working on Horsetooth.
Also remember that the 447.450 123.0 pl gives about the same coverage as 
Horsetooth for secondary ops. and we do have a verbal agreement with the 
owner and operator to use this machine though not officially on the comm 
plan.  All of Greeley's machines (147.000, 146.850 and 449.725), the Bud 
Event Center (448.025) and Buckhorn (145.205 and 224.840) machines are 
operational.

     Eric and I are going to try and get up there this afternoon to 
check on the problem, thinking power supply. Hopefully we can get it 
going today.
