[NCARC] Moving to Kansas

After experiencing some employment issues over the last couple of  
months, I am relocating to Lawrence, Kansas next Monday for another  
job.  Therefore, I must resign as President of the NCARC.  I really  
enjoyed my nearly four years with the club including working as the  
Hamfest Coordinator for three of them.  I plan to get involved with  
the club in Lawrence and also hope to continue talking with everyone  
here via IRLP or Echolink.
