[NCARC] Pictures from todays repair

Hi all,

 

Aaron and I went back to the repeater site today to escort the qwest repair
guy up to the horsetooth repeater to fix the phone line coming to the
repeaters.

 

Mike from Qwest found that the line was open at about 10000 feet down from
the shack, which feeds from redstone canyon to the west, so something was
wrong at the bottom of the hill on the backside.  He had the line changed to
another working pair and issued a ticket for their infrastructure folks to
go fix the remaining problem with their copper up redstone canyon; this was
the quickest way to get our phone back operational.  He had a fancy term for
what was wrong and I already forgot it.  But bottom line is the autopatch is
working now and he was a great guy to work with and meet.
