I have a Glen Martin Hazer device sized for Rohn 25G
with manual crank, thrust bearing and pulley block.

The Hazer is a trolley device that uses your tower as a trolley track.
You install your rotor and antenna on the Hazer then crank it to the
top of the tower.  When you want to work on your antenna you
lower it.

I would like $300 for the setup.
I'm open to offers including trades for working HF, or VHF/UHF equipment
or some kinds of test equipment.
