[NCARC] emergency monitoring

Hi all,
Now that primary Public Safety traffic has moved to DTRS channels, the
following web page has an alternate way to monitor emergency communications:

Currently the Larimer and Weld county feeds include CSP, Fire and EMS, and
Sheriff.
This also works on an iPhone 3.0 for mobile use, if you have one of those.

They are looking for more volunteers to provide feeds. Maybe the Horsetooth
repeater would be a good addition.
