[NCARC] Any legislation to ban two-way /ham radios while driving in Colorado?

Is anybody watching on the legislative front to make sure the Colorado 
house and Colorado senate specifically exempt two-way / ham radios from 
any potential cell-phone hands-free while driving legislation that may 
be pending in our legislature? I'd hate to see one of our favorite 
rush-hour drive-time hobbys accidentally get caught up and banned by an 
overzealous state legislature.

(I think they're in session but can never remember exactly when Colorado 
does it's legislative business.)
