[NCARC] Need assistance with a Yaesu FRG7

Hi folks-

Bill is looking for some repair help on his Yaesu FRG7 SWL radio.  Several
of the LEDs are out and it also needs an alignment.  Is there anyone on the
list he could turn to either to hire or who could volunteer to help with
this?  He has a schematic and the radio which other than needing the
alignment and replacement LEDs-- seems to work reasonably well.
