Dwight contacted me to see if he could get a small FM station on the
air. I don't have any experience in this area but mentioned to him that
some of the local hams also have experience and licenses in commercial
broadcasting. If anyone is able to give him some advice or point him in
the right direction, he would appreciate it greatly and maybe we can
prosper from a great local music station! - Gary, WØLEF

His message is as follows:

Hello to all,
I am a complete beginner in this area and I am looking for some
information about what is required for FM broadcasting. I would like
to start a very small very local music broadcasting station. Please
let me know if you might like to answer some questions or provide
direction to help me obtain a broadcasting license.

A few to start:
1. Would it help to get an amatuer radio license first?
2. What do I need to know to get an FM broadcasting license?
3. Who can I contact for antenna placement?
4. What equipment is required for FM broadcasting?
etc..etc..etc..

Thanks in advance for any help,
