[NCARC] The domain is ours

[Michael Robinson]

Several years ago, when the web page and domain
were moving from hand to hand, there was a lack
of communication and I got hold of ncarc.us.
After it got straightened out, we just pointed ncarc.us
to ncarc.net. No loss.
