[NCARC] New antenna install on Horsetooth

Hi everyone, I would like to thank Mark (kb0vgd), Jim (kc0rbt) and 
Justin (n0aol) for their help withe the new 2 meter receive antenna on 
the top of Horsetooth tower .  The transmit antenna is still on the 
building untill we can find our problem with the tower antenna, we 
appear to have a bad jumper at the antenna but lightning brought Mark 
off the tower early.
