[NCARC] Need help coordinating/planning the Fort Collins Cycling Festival

HI folks-

 

We need one or two people to help consult with Charlie of the Fort Collins
Cycling Festival.  This event is coming up on May 8th (this is a Friday),
and Charlie is looking for help about where to station people and equipment
(he evidently has his own repeater and radio equipment).  Last year radio
communications came in handy in handling an emergency and so I know the
guidance will be helpful to him.   

 

If you can help, please get in touch directly with Charlie directly.  He may
also be looking for a few trained volunteers for the event.

Good Morning Steve,

I am hoping all is well in your world; I have a quick question if your club
might help us out again this year.  Would you be able to help us with the
communications for our road race on May 8th? The race is on a Friday so if
you could help us out on the planning we can take it from there. I have some
Motorola radios and a couple repeaters available to us. It is one thing to
have radios and repeaters but to really know what and where they go is
another.
