QST to all Northern Colorado hams-

Just another reminder plus some more information-- the Northern Colorado
Amateur Radio Club (NCARC) will be hosting our first annual NCARC picnic on
Saturday September 20th at Boyd lake in Loveland. Come meet the local hams,
have some good food, do some operating on a club radio station, and win some
"dock" prizes!! (see below) There will be NO regular club meeting in
September. The Colorado QSO party is this weekend so please bring your gear
for outside operation. Willie (W5WIW) and Jerry (KE5INP) will be bringing
their RV setup which will be really cool to see.

PLEASE RSVP so we know how much food to buy (see below).

The picnic will be from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm and it looks like great weather.
We will supply the barbecue and soft drinks -- if you have a favorite
dessert please bring that. Radio Dan will be offering boat rides!

Fee is $5 per family which provides you food and 5 tickets for "dock"
prizes. There is a park entry fee per vehicle-- car pooling is available.
Additional dock prize tickets can be purchased.

We are likely to meet at "Swim Beach" at Boyd lake, but we may need to
adjust that slighty. Monitor 145.115 on your way in. See
