[NCARC] Location change for the Severe WX Training

Hi everyone,

There has been a last-minute location change for the severe weather
class due to scheduling conflict.  I'm sending this email on behalf of
Randy long.  The class will be held at the Weld County Training Facility
at 1104 H St., in Greeley instead of the PFA facility in Ft. Collins.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to see you all
there!
