[NCARC] Storm Mountain repeater

Gents,

Aaron, N0WAR, just picked up the portable repeater and the duplexor.
Tomorrow morning (Sunday July 13) he'll make the ascent and do a test run.
Let's all get on the air: 145.205- 100hz and help him test the rig.
He plans to get to the top about 10:30am.

Tour De Cure is August 23. First ride starts at 6am.
There is no repeater that can cover all the courses.
A repeater on Storm Mountian is the only reliable way we've found to 
cover this event.
