[NCARC] Oct 20 NCARC meeting reminder: officer nominations AND presentation by Minor Cross, K7YJ

Hi NCARC members-

Just a reminder-- our October 20 meeting will feature Minor Cross, K7YJ.  He
will be presenting a program on "How to plan communications for a Special
Event". Minor has a wealth of experience and significant expertise with many
different types of events -- please plan on attending and you too can become
an effective organizer. Please come join in the fun and informative talk!

We will also be taking nominations for officers for the 2008 year.  If you
know of someone or if you are interested in taking on an officer position
please don't be shy and either come nominate someone or yourself -- we all
need to take turns in volunteering at these roles.  To that end I would
really encourage anyone who is interested in taking on the role of president
to enter their name in nomination -- I'll gladly step down if someone is
interested in this role.



Meeting time:  	Saturday October 20th
			Breakfast starts at 8:00 am
		   	Regular meeting at 9:00 am - 9:30 am
			Presentation:  9:30 am - 10:00 am +
Location:		Golden Corral restaurant
			901 E. Harmony Road (across from Sam's club)
			Fort Collins

Bill Beach will be filling in for in his official capacity as VP-- I'm out
helping my folks here in California.
