[NCARC] Tech. Net

Hi People,

This has been a trying time of the year for me to keep doing the Tech.
Net.  Last week I was involved in my other hobby (Computers) and didn't
get to the radio for Tech. Net.

This week I will be out of town so I won't be able to get to my radio
that can reach the 145.115 so there will be no Tech. Net.

I plan to be home to have the next Tech. Net 28-Nov-07.
