[NCARC] Anybody remember?

I got a call from Mark NG7G, from Wyoming.
He was at the fest and wants to know who the vendor in
the back was that had the Collins equipment. Mark says the
vendor was possibly from an observatory?

Mark lost his contact information and wants to call him.
